Cooperative Senior Housing is tending towards lower heights and densities. This 56 unit concept offers private entrances and identitiy for all the ground level units. The second level offers 'sun rooms' and decks. Underground parking and storage is more genereous, due to the lower density of the project. Coming fall of '08, watch for construction photographs.
